@disabled.ea.com linked account
So I bought BF1 digitally after a couple years of not playing it, initially I had a hard copy; I'm unsure if that matters, but just in case. After it downloaded, I kept being prompted to reset my password; however, it rejected every email I attempted to reset with. I eventually tried an email I used to use in 2005 which it accepted. The game however kept prompting me to reset my EA password, so I tried to link my EA with my PSN.
I was given a error message advising that I couldn't link my EA account with my PSN account, because my PSN account was linked to a ******@disabled.ea.com email that I've never used. After reading some other forums, it looks like EA may have auto-generated a proxy email to serve as my main when I initially installed BF1 years ago.
I attempted to log-in to EA thru the linked account option and using my PSN, but I again got stuck in the loop to reset the password for a disabled EA email I've never had access to.
I filed a help ticket, and of course I've heard nothing.
It is absolutely that not only did EA do this to hundreds (if not thousands) of players who have spent a ton of money on their games, but also that this issue appears to be a couple years old at this point and their still have yet to fix it or even offer a legitimate work around.
