Hey ,guy i am facing the same issue with you. I lost 3 battlepack since now. And i contact he EA helpers. They returned me two battlepack. But since now they haven't return the third missing battlepack. I don't know Why? They told my that they need investigate ..

I have the same problem going on. I spent 10,000 scraps on the big battlepack and lost it the same exact way. I contacted the support and they told me to bad! go farm it again or pay cash and if it messes up again to bad gl. I requested escalation but they told me nope sorry we did everything we could and if you dont ok me to leave ill terminate the chat.... i spent over a month farming this and was looking forward to this. I already lost internet and pushed me back about 3 weeks in getting it from hurricane michael..... then this happens.
