    Take contact with the Support Team here and provide them with the case number and they can look further into this.

If you could please review my cases it would help, this issue has been escaleted numerous times and I've been delayed help.  

I've done that also, only way to play is without premium or dlc.  which I also payed for when I had premium.

    The support team has dissapointed me over a number of ten times, so that is why I am here now.
