I try to unlock the new sniper in bf4 but I Disney want to and I already did every thing I needed to do

For the Gol Magnum you need the following 2 things done during the same round
- Obtain 1 Sniper Rifle Ribbon
- Kill 5 players from the Caspian or Firestorm towers
You can't split the objectives up in any way.
I can recommend Firestorm in Capture the flag for this assignment.
