DLC weapon unavailable and cannot play on DLC maps

i have all those things unlocked years ago. I recently reinstalled the game but i noticed that the dlc weapon including veteran reward is not in the game although i already did all the assignment and...

@RetroRasputin Have you checked all the DLC packs and Premium have been installed?

    @RetroRasputin Might not be the same issue but I was caught out recently because I didn't have one of the multiplayer updates installed. I know you've checked already but it could be worth taking another look.

    There's no harm in reaching out to an EA Game Advisor if all else fails. They may be able to check your account.

      already reach numerous EA Game Advisor...they did not provide any working solution
