Do Battlefield 4 weapon shortcuts include attachments?

I'm considering buying the BF4 weapon shortcut, but only because the attachments are such a grind to unlock. The weapons themselves don't take all that long, however many of the attachments I want can only be attained through Battlepacks, which can take forever. Have any of you bought the shortcut and do you know if it includes attachments? Thanks.
