door breach glitch

with operation guillotine, on battlefield 3,  i get to the apartment building where i'm instructed to kick in the door by pressing the 0 button.  when i do that nothing happens and the game is stuck.  i can't access any controls including the pause button.  this is the 2nd copy i purchased from amazon.  the previous copy did the same thing.  please help me or i'll have to get a rewfund.
