Dust Devil Assignment & Operation Whiteout

I've received the anti vehicle ribbon 1 week ago and it is not showing up on for assignment. How can we remedy this. Also I found the dog tag for Operation Whiteout and I could not take it. I kept pressing e and nothing happened except I got killed

    I am sorry but it might happen that an ribbon can glitch or will be not granted after a match. We are not able to grant you the ribbon nor the dogtag but could you please tell us how often an issue like this happened to you before?
