This is a DirectX error. Try:

1) Updating your video card drivers
2) Updating your DirectX
3) Running the game in Windows XP compatability mode if you are on Windows 7

CCleaner Registry cleaning: ok

Nothing happend.

I trry reinstall my DirectX and nothig.

I´m not using Internet Explorer, only Chrome or Opera.

I guess i have not problem with 3D/2D swich. (3D disableb and the problem still there)

And in the hp page said  you have all updates try later.

I can play, the problem is to lauch the server because I must try several times to join.
