Spent about 7 hours of my time talking to 6 different reps (3 EA & 3 Microsoft), sending me like a tennis ball between both customer services. Each one of them very receptive and helpful, yet blaming the other counterpart. I have EA Access and got premium through the vault for both BF4 and BF Hardline. Surprisingly enough, Premium works fine in-game for both games, but only decides to recognize Premium on Battlelog on BFH and not in BF4.You can imagine my frustration on the matter, it makes no sense at all. I really hope they fix this issue promptly! Fingers crossed.Cheers PS: saw multiple threads relating to this particular issue.

EA replied to me as I had the same problem. They are working on a solution. Don't worry, it's coming. You can accept this as a solution since it is being worked on

This "error" is happening because your not really buying the Premium with EA access, your sort of like borrowing it... Helpful? :D

Not really what I would call a solution. It still doesn't explain why 2 games from the same publisher and same platform behave so differently within the same database infrastructure, meaning battlelog. Either we are premium to its fullest (say until the promo ends or the membership expires), or we aren't at all. That would be like having a split decision which doesn't resolve the question at all. All things considered, if we are fully entitled to Premium, which we are (as per the terms of the contract), there should be a unified game behavior in terms of the app, that is part and parcel of the game itself. (especially if you are trying to unlock specific premium achievements that need authorization through that app) Somewhere in between the link between that membership and the app is broken, and obviously needs repair.

OK I guess... Now, you can't really say my answer wasn't an answer when I at least said something that might've helped you because I explained what was going on at least with the issue I said...The solution you clicked is quite obvious in NY opinion since every reported bug is being worked on and that one, as you should've seen before even making a post, is reported a lot!
