EA Advisor needed to assist in redeeming BF1 Collector's edition code
Hi, I've read enough of the forum posts to know that if I redeem the code in my pigeon tube from the CE I just unboxed, it will redeem it for PC. I have not entered the code yet, as I'd like to convert it for use on Xbox. The weblink for conversion no longer exists and as per other posts regarding this topic, I need the help of an EA advisor.

Hi @Millieversal If you wanted to speak with an advisor, you'll need to open a case over at help.ea.com (it should be a matter of selecting Battlefield 1, then "See all help topics", and then "I'm looking for something I bought").
I don't know whether support agents can assist with this nowadays, but it still worth doing for sure as they would be your best bet.
