EA APP CRASHING WHOLE PC
everything was working fine before... installed windows from scratch + newupdate for ea app.. and now, battlefield 5 anticheat update.. it restarted my pc, booting up battlefield 1 same thing...

For EA anticheat, the current version is 1.0.8332460
You can confirm your current version by going to C:\Program Files\EA\AC, right click EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe and then go to Properties. On this new window, click details, and look at the version listed under "Product version"
If it's not this version I pasted above, please go to the EA anticheat help article and download the latest installer and run it: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/#install

hello, people still experiencing the issue of bf1 freezing on the loading screen.
I found out that if i turn off the internet, i can access the game without freeze, but when i have a connection in 100% of cases i get the hard freeze. As i understand, the last possible solution was the reinstall of anti cheat, and that's what i did the problem remains. In a greater detail I and another guy described the problem in the thread:
