Battlefield 4 premium edition issue

I wanted to say that I just bought BF4 premium Edition on steam and when I started it showed all DLCs and such are installed and even double checked to see if everything was there everything shows up fine but the issue I'm having is that I'm not receiving the premium benefits like camos, knives, and battle packs. I'm not sure why this happening I know my account are connected I even checked the EA app and it's saying I own it and such but it's not showing in my DLCs but saying it's in my library basically I have premium but not the benefits sorry for the slight rant, could anyone help me with this issue?
