EA cannot unlink my PS4 from my friends ea account.

so for some reason, my ea access account is linked to my friends ps4. She downloaded ea access onto her ps4 and subscribed for a year and then downloaded sims4, and when she plays it, it asks her to verify her ea account but then it comes up with my verification details. We tried to get ea to help and unlink it but it was no use, they said both of our accounts may get wiped
