EA Customer support phone number

i worked in one of the call centres supporting fifa 13 and battlefield code issues number i had is uk - 0870 2432435. still works i just rang it but it gives a warning of unusually high call volumes lol not much changed then!! 

that was as of 2.37pm uk time 

I don't know where else to turn to!!  My Sims crashed about a month ago I have sent emails, tweets and contacted Firemonkeys on Facebook never a reply or an answer back.  I have invested money and my time into this game and really enjoyed playing and would just like my game back to where it was the day it crashed!!  Is there any other way to contact someone, anyone to get some one on one HELP!!  Can someone help me in getting a contact something that I can get a real person not an autoreply??  Thanks so much for any help!!
