I recieved my email today 11/15/13 of the battlefield 4 premium code for playstation 4 that all store managers for Gamestop were promised at the 2013 gamestop conference. I have entered it multiple times with no results. I was wondering if I could recieve any help with this matter.
I was nervous ever since they said it was shipping seperately from the game, when I recieved it via email I was suspicious that it wasn't going to work out. My game of course came on an official voucher and worked fine, can't say the same for my email voucher code. I imagine all of us could provide enough information to validate our stories, however the trouble is disappointing. Good luck with support over the phone, I don't know if I have the patience for that at the moment.
For you guys, was the game itself a 12 digit code as well? I haven't tried my premium only the game which they told me was only an upgrade and not the game itself
