EA needs to take into consideration problems beyond a player's control !

Question

I signed up with battlefield labs play test for the Battlefield 6 play test and waited all day in the queue and when it was my turn I started the survey and when I clicked to go to the next page It kicked me back to the queue and now there's like about 250000 people in front of me ! PLEASE is there anything that can be done to get me back to the survey ?

I'm 63 years old and own every Battlefield game and have been a fan since DAY ONE !

I think EA can do a little more then say sorry can't help you !

I think all you can do is to try again unfortunately. It took me three attempts to get the site to work due to various errors.&nbsp;
