EA Support Email to contact about refund for this broken game.

The patch did nothing.&nbsp; And it's definitely not my hardware, if burn outs show NO error at all.I want a refund, and I want to know who to contact to get it.This is entirely unacceptable and I'm not buying an EA product again.

well if you played the game (not the beta beta done not count) more then 24 hours you have paset the limit of refund policy sorry

i am sorry to hear this you must contact Origin/EA support for this they will gladly help you https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press i still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you note you can not get a refund after 24 hours of game play keep that in mind

Oh, so I'm being stolen from because I bought a game, which worked in the beta perfectly fine, which I haven't been able to successfully play for the last two weeks? Lovely.

I've even having issues with multiplayer online game freezing constantly numerous of times and I lost count of it all. As a matter of fact, The company hat made the Battlefied 4 game "CLAIMS TO BE THE BEST OF THE BEST" apparently it's not because unfortunately the company is never sorry for what had happened because they know they **bleep**ed up numerous of times. I love the BF4 game but all these freezing **bleep** and campaign lost data save was really **bleep**ed up right there.

EA you are required to refund the money back to the people who purchased a broken game. Because if you don't then most of us could sign penitition to sue the EA company for selling broken games.

You could either refund the money back to us or get sued and your company will be shot to hell.

So shove the battlefield 4 broken games up your **bleep**ing ass and please fix this **bleep**. Piece of **bleep**ing garbage you ea become. Ungrateful bastards we can't even trust you EA. From now on I guaranteed that most people will not be able to buy your EA gaming products at all despite of your worthless products and trust.
