EAOrigin/Access

I have tried to use my prior information to login in to Origin. It showws my ID is in use and told me to create a b ew account and I have on my computer. Then when I go to the PS4 to play BFH it tells me I must have a EA Origin account and tries to make me create a new account again! Why? What am I doing wrong here? Sure would love to play the damn game instead of spending hours on creating new accounts and trying to figure out why it wont accept me to play online. This is turning in to another Slant Six bunch of BS already!!!!
