I am trying to get the enforcer syndicate assignement, i already purchased 10+ guns and gadgets but the pre requirement still isn't complete, help please

1st. You have to reach 275,000 Enforcer score to receive the first gold service star. At the moment you have 87,548
2nd. Please purchase the following weapons during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!
- SPAS-12
- HCAR
- HK51
When you done, the Syndicate requirements will be visible.
