Enforcer syndicate assignment problem

I am trying to unlock enforcer syndicate assignment in battlefield hardline and i did all the prerequisites but still i cant see the reward requirements.. However i found the requirements in youtube a...

I tried this solution as well but it didn't work for me. Are there any other options?

    The solution above is not for you, just to the requester.

        Good news, the requirements of enforcer syndicate assignment is unlocked for you. To receive the DB-shotgun you have to do:

        - 200 Shotgun or Battle Rifle kills
        - Unlock the Enforcer's tier 4 Reputation track in different matches 10 times
        - 15 Ammo Resupply Coins
        - 15 Ballistic Shield Coins
