English Voice over Battlefield Hardline

I live in Poland and the only language options i get is Polish and Russian.  I don't get it. Is it assumed that Polish people can read and speak Russian?

That's not true! I HATE dubbing and I want to listen to the ORIGINAL actors voice over as well as enjoy ORIGINAL IDIOMS- phrases that are often untranslatable to another language!

When I bought the digital deluxe version LAST YEAR in pre-order there was no information about the languages being available to me and both betas were in English. I cannot do a return through Origin even though I'm entitled to.

Please resolve my issue either by providing me with original English voice over for the game(especially since you PROMOTE the actors on the official website) or making it possible for me to make a return.

The RU/PL version of the game does not include the English voice pack and you won't be able to play the game in EN with your version of Battlefield Hardline. You would need to get another version of the game. Please find all information regarding a refund/return of your game in our article about EA's Great Game Guarantee: http://help.ea.com/en/article/what-s-the-great-games-guarantee/

    Cheers

  • I have the same issue as 00Mojo00. This situation is really disappointing and frustrating as I was able to choose English for all previous versions of BF which I have (BC2, BF3, BF4). Which version of BFH support English? According to origin all - standard, deluxe and ultimate versions available in Poland support only Polish and Russian locale. Does EA expect that instead of English someone in Poland will choose Russian? Which version should I buy in order to get English? If I buy and upgrade my version to premium will it allow me to enable English? If not what is the return policy in case of purchasing a physical copy in a store?

I have bought the digital deluxe version sometime in 2014(and I want to point out that the available languages were NOT listed at the time) and probably due to that the system does not recognize my game as eligible for a refund.

Please help me out, if I knew I wouldn't get the game in English I would have bought it elsewhere, but Origin store DID NOT list language options and pricing and I'm a person that tends to buy from the source(never doing that again).

I would very much like to return my game and am willing to buy a copy with English language even if it is pricier, but I most certainly will not buy it on top of that copy that I currently have- copy that I simply will not use due to unsatisfactory audio quality(language) and lack of promised content(original voice actors whose names are even listed on the main site of the game).

    Same problem here

    WTF EA??

I would love to play it in english instead (even if I'm polish, i hate the polish sync in any game) !!!

Why You block obvious content from us ??? Why we don't have a choice ???

And most of all NOBODY IN POLAND WOULD PLAY ANY GAME IN RUSSIAN (maybe only Metro... 😉 ) !!!

Time has passed and there is no answer whatsoever. I'm basically stuck with a game that I payed good money for yet I can't enjoy it at all.

Not only I'm disappointed that (I repeat) back in 2014 when  I PRE-ORDERED I was NOT INFORMED  that the game would have region limitations and there would be content cut out and replaced(VO), I'm also disappointed that the person answering my concern just ticked this topic off as "solved", not even bothering to look at my response it seems.

I repeat(AGAIN)- I was NOT INFORMED that the game would not have English VO on release and I'm willing to accept two options: a full refund or an option to buy the english language pack like it was done with Dragon Age Inquisition.

As much as I understand that pricing in Poland and Russia is lower and this is the reason for this practice, it's not only misguided, it's also purely insulting.

I'd buy the game for a higher price if I was informed that I'd get the "1st world edition"(English VO), but not only i was not informed about it I haven't been given the option, and it's all through the OFFICIAL STORE- straight from Origin.

This not only insults me by suggesting I'm poor because I can't buy the game at full price, it also insults my intelligence by assuming that It's not possible for me to understand nor use English.

Tell me, why do legitimate customers are punished for shady buying/selling practices of others?

I also cannot stress this enough: I was NOT INFORMED that I bought the game without English VO and I have not been given THE OPTION TO BUY THE GAME WITH ENGLISH VO.

    This is simply outrageous.

  • Not able to change the voice ? Really EA ?! We were able to change it to the other battlefield  game and now we can't ... ? What is the point to set  this as an option if we can't change it ? (I have the game in French and I have only one option)
