Error -6006-

Hello, I have a little problem. When I start the installation, I have got a message:

Setup has experienced an error.

Please do the Following:
- Close any running programs
- Empty your temporary folder
- Check your Internet connection (Interent-based setups)

Then try to run the Setup again.

Error code: -6006

No programs is running,
tempory folder is clean and internet connection is good.
I have Windows 7
Do not know what to do?
