Error Code 0x73. Just downloaded windows 8.1, and I can no longer play battlefield 4

As the title says, just downloaded windows 8.1 update, after my computer finished the update I can no longer play BF4. The error message says:

Invalid License. Reason Code = Missing DLL: [MSVCP110.dll]   Error: 0x73
