Error code 1 ( Failed to join Game Session )

Nobody is able to join the server we rent. Everyone gets the same error: "Error code 1". Please fix it so that we can join the server.
The server name is "[AMG] Alliance Multi Gaming - #2 - Vanilla Maps".

    @INicexixIYou see two pages of people all reporting they have the same issue on the same server and you are referring me to EA helpdesk as if it was an issue on my end? Come on man, at least read more then the topic title.

    Anayways, the problem is fixed now for all EU Frankfurt servers. I'll mark this post as the solution.
