When i try to join a server i get the message:   ERROR Could not communicate with BF4. Please use the Task Manager to close it down.   altho, i can join full server's Queue, but when thats done ...

I had the exact same problem!

This is how I fixed it:

Open command prompt as Administrator. 

Once it has opened, enter: "taskkill /F /IM bf4.exe" without the quotes.

Hope this helps to anyone who has this problem!
