ERROR: Game disconnected: your connection to the server timed out.

REBOOTING DOES NOT FIX THIS ISSUE!

BF4 Beta, PC

i7 950, 570GTX SLI, 24 gigs on windows 7

I have been playing fine since the beta release a few days ago. Got a "Game disconnected: your connection to the server timed out." in the middle of a game and since then I have not been able to connect to any server without getting that error. A few times I have made it a few mins in but then I just disconnect and get that error. I have rebooted everything multipule times, my computer, switch, router, and modem. Nothing fixes the issue. Tried high and low ping servers from 15 to 150 ping, still get that error
