Error in dxgidebug to open Battlefield 3

I recently bought Battlefield 3, to open it for the first time this error occurred, "Could not locate the entry point of the procedure DXGIGetDebugInterface in the dynamic link library dxgidebug.dll"...

Make sure that your Windows system is up2date with all the available service packs and updates that you can get via the Windows Update tool.
