When I attempt to log onto the game I get an error stating "This file does not have a program associated with it for preforming this action. Please install a program or if one is already installed...
Hi tsalagi1839, if not done already run repair game also update all this please.

Another thing to try is re- install origin only.
1. Uninstall Origin completely from Windows Control Panel.
2. Reboot your PC. This is important to clear out any lingering registry files or directories.
3. Download the latest here: http://origin.com/download
4. Install Origin You should not be prompted to update.
