Ok, it took me 1,5 days but I fixed it. 🙂
The final solution was to uninstall "Security Update for Windows 7 for x64bit systems KB2918614".
I tried many different solutions which might also be helpful for you. I found them googleing the error codes that I got when trying to install vcredist manually:
"Error 1359. An internal error occurred" and "0x80070643". The following solutions might also be helpful for you. May be it was a combination of all these that finally fixed my problem:
