Failed to connect to EA online. (PS5)

Unable to play online…

Already tried everything. Reinstalled the game, cleared cache ps5, restarter router, changed network, game is up-to-date, checked my psn plus account. Nothing works. Contacted EA said that I wasnt the only one. Please EA/battlefield fix this issue. I want to play ☹️

    If you've disabled Login Verification as a workaround, please remember to re-enable TFA to keep your account secure. 

    Please try hopping back in-game next time you get a chance and let us know how things look.

    Hi @esselte70 This seems to be an issue which is happening at the moment. There's some other posts about various Battlefield games, and I also can't connect on Xbox. Seems to be BF4, Hardline, BF1, and BFV which are affected.

    I've passes it on to the Community Managers.

    Alright, thanks for the reply and thanks for passing it through to the community managers. Hope the issue gets solved quickly. Could you keep me posted if gets solved?

    @esselte70 I can let you know if I hear anything this evening. There's a banner announcement here now, so there might be another one when it's fixed too.

    Is anyone able to help me please? Whenever I attempt to load battlefield 1 It will not let me connect to online services. I have tried redownloading the game, restarting my ps5 and restarting my wifi and nothing has worked. This is ridiculous

    I have problem in playing BF1 and V online .it says field to connect to EA onlin . Can. Anyone help me ??

    Hello @elgaboiscool,

    EA is currently experiencing issues with all Battlefield titles, and they are doing their best for the services to work again. The issue will be fixed as soon as possible.

    @ElliotLH 

    Would I be correct to assume that my issue with losing connection in Battlefield 1 will be fixed as well ?

    To be specific it's the one which started happening on the 11th of May in my case, where I get the error message ''You have lost the connection to the session''.

    There is an update though  which I have mentioned only to EA support. The issue is only happening with my main account (the one being used for typing this message). As soon as I  login with my secondary account on all PC's that I have, I can play just fine.

    That would eliminate the issue being on my side and all the devices involved 🙂

    @neoforo87 Potentially if it's the same issue. Might be worth checking again after the fix is announced to see if it did anything.

    That's interesting about the second profile, though. If it's not announced as being fixed by the time I get home (I'm playing Excel at work right now instead), I'll see what happens with my second account.
