no, its says, "Failed to connect to EA online. Online features will be unavailable. Please try again. Please check EA.com/unable-to-connect for more information." and of course ive tried everything on that page and nothing helped

Try removing all trusted devices from your EA account.
https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/security-privacy/trusted-devices
Logout of your EA webpage account and also logout of the EA App.
Log back into the EA App and try launching the game.

Trusted devices just it´s enabled if you have 2FA on
