"Failed to connect to EA Online"

I been having this problem for quite a while now, and yesterday after the new update i hoped it was over. 
Everytime I go in on Battlefield 4 on my XBOX ONE, it comes up that im offline... but on every other game i have everything is working fine. I can play the campaign, but not online. 
Yesterday after the update i got to play, until i turned the Xbox off, and next time i turned it on it was the same * again. On the screen it says;
"FAILED TO CONNECT TO EA ONLINE - Online features will be unavailable. Please try again. See http://help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play for additional information."
And i have used the link without any luck... HELP!

    Hi,

    I'm having the same problem with that message "lost connection to ea online".

    It happens both when using Battlelog and the BF4 client. I've also had this problem with BFV - lost connection to EA Online.

    PC - Win10 

    Any tips on how to get this working?

    I am having problems with my knee for speed hHeist Heist game right now and tell me to sign in to E a accounting to access the online

    I'm closing this thread to stop it being necroed.

    If you have any issues with Battlefield 4 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
