I been having this problem for quite a while now, and yesterday after the new update i hoped it was over. Everytime I go in on Battlefield 4 on my XBOX ONE, it comes up that im offline... but on every other game i have everything is working fine. I can play the campaign, but not online. Yesterday after the update i got to play, until i turned the Xbox off, and next time i turned it on it was the same * again. On the screen it says; "FAILED TO CONNECT TO EA ONLINE - Online features will be unavailable. Please try again. See http://help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play for additional information."And i have used the link without any luck... HELP!

I have the exact same problem mate in PS4! Ever since the new update I've not been able to get online with the same message popping up.

Take your platform offline and disconnect it from it's power source. Restart your router. After the restart, restart your platform. Try to connect to a game again. Same here.... I can browse the web and play other online games for PC... Turned off all security with no luck, and even checked my IPv4 settings. Seems like there is always something with EA Games...

What exactly do you mean 'the last tab' mate? Did you find a way to connect?

Same I have ps4 playing it today then it kicked me say need a ea account

Guys im on ps4 and all i had to do got get online in bf1 after this prob was to keep on trying again and BOOM it worked. Another thing u can do is change ur internet ip address to some wrong one and then the correct one and test it. It will work as it did for me. I hope kt helps

Try resetting your internet router or gateway. Helped me with the same problem right away
