From the battlelog forums there is a link called Technical Help & Issues, so I clicked said link and it forwarded me here, If this is wrong then the link needs to be changed.
I'm not currently able to check however I have asked my clan to try, I will let you know more when I have it.
OK so last night I was able to connect to servers who do I speak too about getting the 2 days I know I couldn't join my servers?

Well, for that you will have to talk to whoever you bought the server from. If that's EA then:
To contact an EA Advisor directly you will have to go to:
http://help.ea.com/contact-us
then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".
Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic
When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA
The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:
Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.
