False Ban

What can i do? I was playing and randomly got booted out of the game then woke up the next morning with an email telling me i was banned for cheating. I first laughed and tought it was some mistake by EA but after disputing i just got a copy/paste email telling me that they stand by their action and my game will remain banned. 

I have disputed 5 times now, tried every avenue of communication wich there are almost none and always just a copy/paste response and some live chat where they couldnt care less and pointing out that they couldnt even communicate with the team that handles these cases. What is this joke? I bought the game pre-orded for full price and they dont even let me have an active communication to the people that have the power to help me. 

This so uncredibly outrageous and unfair.

    As far as i know nothing can be disclosed about any ban.. So it is pointless to ask reason.
    (I know because i am banned and also asked/demanded reason for it)

    Hello folks,

    As has been pointed out by danisoff​ we are unable to help with bans or suspensions here on the forum.

    You need to follow the dispute process as was linked by him in his post. I understand from your post that you have already unsuccessfully appealed the ban.

    You are still welcome to dispute the ban again however I cannot guarantee any change in action. 

    As there's nothing else we can do here for you on the forums I will be closing this thread off.
