Final stand dog tags can't pick them up after opening box

well i kind of hade the same problem but i could pick them up but it doesnt show up in battlelog

Ive had this exact same problem twice now, and I was just wondering if any one has found a fix yet.

i have picked up four now on different maps and in different locations but i still cant pick them up???wt..

Well, I can't recall any fix that would remove rank/weapon progress data (and reinstalling the game or DLC SURELY will not affect it), so everthing should be fine.

Premium has nothing to do with this issue, non premium players caan pickup the tags just fine.

What we need is for an EA representative to provide us with an answer instead of playing the guessing game.
