Maybe it's your overall internet connection not being stable all the time?
Like when you're inactive for a while maybe your Router or something goes into some sort of rest mode if there isn't much data traffic? Then needs more time to get back up. 🤨

@GeneralFirehold hm, maybe just try to reinstall the game once and see if it makes a difference.
