Fix out of bounds
out of bounds is OP. A problem since BF3. Players that simply sit on the edge of the map near thier spawn, take pot shots, then retreat back behind the "mommy's skirt" of thier spawn. A simple fix...

I think we should go back to the Battlefield 2 Modern Combat days like on the original Xbox with no out of bounds for BOO (base of operations). You could just walk right into a base and just camp it like it was your own base. You could go prone in vehicles and kill the driver right when they jumped in, amazing times.
Friendly fire was on by default
vote to kick in the game
auto-lock missiles locked to specific spots on the map
spotting was limited to sniper gadget
vehicles didn't auto heal
couldn't squad spawn
no aim assist
no vehicle spawning
proxy voice that never worked correctly...
no suppression
If were not whining about cheaters, were whining how someone else plays the game. Cheaters were NEVER a problem for me, hackers on the other hand is a different story, but whiners ruined BF. Snipers would sit on the edge, but they would also get attacked by jets or enemy players. Don't hear those players whining, but doing something about it. And that's what BF is missing, players that do something about it vs players that whine about it. Also, sitting on the edge is a form of surrendering when your TM is being dominated. The enemy is dominated, but I still have fun, because I will be taking pop shots. But, I call it shooting fish in a barrow. lol. I still get mine in the worst conditions. Again, other players will counter, but some will whine. Simple don't stand still or be in sight and problem solved. : / As for AA camping I'll tag them and take their AA just like it's another day at the office. Funny though when you jhad the AA near their base or on their base, how quickly they are to say you're braking the rules. Same for jets and heli's that retreat home, then say you are braking the rules when you take them out. Did I mention rules and whiners ruined BF. Sadly some BC2 servers have rules too and admit flex their muscle posting will kick and ban.
Really 1 post and I get 5 emails about badge. Sixth and Seventh year anniversary. What about 1,2,3,4,5 years, plus I think it's closer to 10 years. Yet, I'm the new kid on the block and will get the hang of things. Gee, after 23 years I hope so. lol

I never said anything about rules, just pointing out the fact that exploiting the out of bounds is a problem that can be easily solved. If the BF community loses 100 players because DICE takes away their ability to exploit in-game flaws, NOBODY would miss them. I've been kicked for using C4 yeet mobiles against server owners that do nothing but sit in their tank, with active protection to babysit them, while they farm kills to fluff their e-peen. Battlefield is great because balance is usually on point, but being able to hide with impunity while still inflicting damage is cowardly and cheap, poor sportsmanship. Those same players would outright cheat by hacking, if they could find a way.
The only impunity I see is when the server has rules no attacking or shooting into the base. If someone is playing like a noob, then everyone knows, but I wouldn't call it exploiting the game. People exploit when they hide in crumble buildings, but again I don't whine about it, but kill em. Same if their near or on their base, I just consider it more of a challenge. I seen people whine about camping AA all the time and people want to kick them. Me I just run them over with the jeep when their repairing and take their AA, no big deal for me. But, I'm a beast and the one people should call when someone is picking on them. lol.

I'm sorry, I don't remember this in Battlefield 2. Was that the class with silent weapons like the mp5, C4, that kind of thing?
