Fix out of bounds
out of bounds is OP. A problem since BF3. Players that simply sit on the edge of the map near thier spawn, take pot shots, then retreat back behind the "mommy's skirt" of thier spawn. A simple fix...

@Popa2caps That was BF2 too it had assets you could destroy and commander that could kill anything hiding in their BOO.
If you have commander assets that can hit campers anywhere on the map. You don't need special rules and you can keep base spawn out of bounds too.
