Next-Gen Console - Xbox one
Date and time of incident - 8/23/2016 12:30am
Details of what happened - upgraded from xbox 360 to xbox one and downloaded bf4 on xbox one through ea access, once i loaded up the game it did not ask me to transfer stats, it only said "connection to ea has been lost"
@GrootIamGroot is there an up date to this yet please?
Can you also confirm EA are looking into this as a matter of urgency, and provide a timescale as to when we can expect a resolution?

I'm sorry for not replying to you before.
Unfortunately we still don't have an estimated time of resolution for this issue, and we're still looking at it, you can rest assured we're taking a close look at it and we're trying to get a fix for the users that were affected by it and trying to prevent this from happening in the future for other users. Sometimes things like this take time to be created through out all platforms.
When I have an update, me or another colleague of mine, will update this thread with the proper information and resolution.
I hope you can understand, and while you're waiting I can only recommend you guys to have fun playing BF4 on your second soldier, and to check the latest info of BF1 beta which is coming soon:

Are we free to play until our stats transfer or should we not play? been a couple days and im having withdrawals
*Comes back 3 years later and they're still LOOKING INTO IT, I highly suggest that this threads is closed; they're not concerned with our issues.
