Thank you for the continued reports about this issue.
Our studio team is aware that some users are still unable to transfer from gen 3 to gen 4.
We are working on a fix for this and will provide an update when this has been completed.

Hey @EA_Andy, why don't you ask the project manager if he wants some free help. Let me clone the ps4 branch of the repository and I'll get to work. Might take me 6 months to get up to speed with the code base but at this rate at least it would give me some hope. Would probably give others hope as well since all I hear from you guys is "we are working on it". How about giving us some more details? Is it a back end problem? Is this all connected to the battlelog web app that launched with the game? Is BF1 going to be as buggy as BF4 was?
I will always remember BF4 as the PS3 game that taught me that console games could not even run and still be sold. It was really stupid of me to buy a second copy all these years later but I assumed the game would be fixed when you guys ported it. Most of the remaining bugs I can deal with they are small annoyances. But I want my damn gun unlocks back I had ALL of them and was ranked division 1 in skill. The added ability to PAY to unlock guns could at least be leveraged for some good and given away to all the PS4 players who are sitting in the dark on this issue. Tell the ONE developer you most likely have working on this issue I said to get out while he still can. That is if you didn't outsource this issue to a team of Indians paying them 5$ an hour.
