[FIXED] - Unable to transfer gen 3 to gen 4

WTF? I had an open question about this issue on the portuguese/brazzilian forum, but now there's no question at all!!!!! i didn't get any satisfactory answer and EA simply erased my question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what's going on? I DEMAND some solution for my problem

BF4 player name - ZUPER_CHEF (PSN) - ZUPER_ITALO (EA)
Next-Gen Console - PS4
Date and time of incident - AUGUST 17, 2016
Details of what happened(crash, no prompt, etc.) - ONCE I'VE PUT THE DISC ON THE UNIT THE CONSOLE JUST CRASHED, AND I HAD TO STAR DE CONSOLE AGAIN.

Date of issue - Aug. 16. 2016 9:00 P.M.

Issue - Not prompted to transfer stats from Xbox 360 to Xbox One

I was never prompted to transfer profile.  I have go ahead a played some, so if I need to lost my current xbox one data that is fine with me.  Just killing time till Battlefield 1.

@ZUPER_ITALO I'm really sorry that happened to you.

To everyone else, thank you for your feedback, we're still looking at this. All of the info, likes, or posts are welcome here so the studio has more info to look at 😉

As I said before, what I can ask you guys to do in the meantime is click the "me too" button on the top of the thread, on the first page, and write your own experience of how that happened(crash on startup, no prompt appeared, etc.), tell us the date and time of when that happened, your console, and your Battlefield 4 player name:

Details of what happened(crash, no prompt, etc.) -

Remember this is only for stats, no Premium, or DLC's, or expansions, are transferable from old to new consoles at the moment, that was only for a limited time which has ended on the 31st July 2014.

Hi @GrootIamGroot great to see EA are taking this seriously and are doing something about it.

Can I ask what to expect in terms of a timescale on this? I haven't requested a fix from EA / any other game provider so have no idea if we're talking days/weeks/months/years.
