Forgot my Battlefield Bad Company 2 Password...

Hey guys,
here's my problem, i brought BFBC2 many years ago, i don't remember when.
I create an account, but a BFBC2 account, not an Origin one, you know...The trouble is that i forgot my password and i don't know how to reset it.

I remember my account e-mail, but not my password...
I've tried the option "Forgot your password" on www.battlefieldbadcompany2.com site, but i don't receive the mail because there's a site who reset the origin account password, and not mine...
