FPS Drops? (PC)

Hey all,
Just a general question, anyone using a machine with switchable graphics (built-in and then a high-end graphics card)? I ask because I was having similiar circumstances. You'll know you have one if you right click on a program and have the option to select which graphics card the program uses.
Try changing your OS to boot solely on the AMD/NVIDIA card if that is the case. Solved the problem for me (utilizing an Alienware laptop). I didn't have a problem during Beta either...but doing the above I've got higher FPS than ever and rather stable (except during map loading but at that point who cares). Now, servers are still crashing at certain points but that is now solely on them and not my client. My guess is something in BF4 cannot work properly with Windows utilizing switchable graphic card options active.
Same problem. Disabling hyperthreading seemed to fix the problem at first, but it was just a coincidental lessening of the stuttering problem. It came back in short order with hyperthreading still disabled. I've since re-enabled hyperthreading with no change.

32 sec the FPS starts to drop i notice the Voltage drops from 1.169 and mhz Drops to 900mhz which is normal because 1000mhz is the boost.
However at 33-37 Sec the mhz drops down to 501mhz which shouldnt happenand seems like voltage drops as low as 09.50 and the GPU load is significantly less 10-14%.. this is when my fps drops to 10-12 for 5-10 seconds.
38sec the fps goes back to normal and is fine till the next drop in fps which is randomly around every 2-5 minutes
