FPSG Servers

hey guys im not sure where to i should be posting this but i have been banned on the FPSG servers and i dont even know why? im trying to appeal my ban because i was playing and then i was kicked and havent been able to join since.. can someone please help me i need to get back online i basically cant play because there are never any other servers with people in them ☹️
