Freezing XBOX 360

So there a few different things that happen when I boot up Battlefield 4:
1. It will freeze in the loading screen well before I can even press start.
2. I will get to press start but I will not be able to enter any mulitplayer match (not the connection b/c I've already checked)
and 3. I get into a multiplayer match only for it to freeze mid-game and I have to start the entire process over again.
I handed out a lot of money for this game and the premium edition just to get a mediocre piece of garbage that I can hardly boot up to look at. EA and Dice are really about to loose a fan since almost day one.
Does anyone else have these same problems?
A lot of us are having them. And calling it mediocre was being way to nice. I just bought a $50 piece of **bleep**.
