Frustrating EA Support

I had bought battlefield bad company 2 on steam, and game asked for serial key for my base game to play vietnam and also for multiplayer  I searched all forums, many people had this same exact issue, but nobody seemed to ffound any solution to that. I asked both steam and ea support. Steam support answered right away but the best they could do is refund since they couldnt provide the proper key. EA support had told me they are looking into it but it has been 6 days since then soo it shouldn't take this long to provide me with a key for  product I alread  purchased ????

    I have been trying since 3/21/23 to resolve an issue with my Battlefield 2 keys(2 of them) not being valid. I have contacted support and 11 times by 7 EA workers I have been emailed either questions about my account or they emailed that they were working towards a resolution to my problem. I am not sure that they actually read my responses as they ask the same questions. Still I am unable to get my game codes validated. How hard is it for them to reprogram new keys in their system and supply me with those keys - ???

  • It is now 14 times I have been contacted by EA Experience regarding my issue with Battlefield 2 keys not working. Of those 14 times, 10 different employees have responded with basically the same canned answer - contact Amazon. Amazon tells me to contact the game publisher. Do they not realize that Amazon cannot issue or change a key that was initially issued and worked when I first bought the game.  Same canned answer from ALL the employees that have contacted me - truly amazing and a total lack of customer support.
