Game always starting in Windowed mode when set to Borderless fullcreen

My settings are set to 1920x1080 @ 60hz Borderless full screen but everytime I start a game, it starts in Windowed mode. I need to switch the game to my second monitor then back in order to get it  fullscreen borderless every single time. This only started happening with the latest patch.

    I also have this issue, and dual monitor setup with 1080 @60Hz.  I've worked aorund it by switching from borderless to fullscreen then back to borderless. 

    Intel i5-3570K

    Asus Sabretooth z77

    eVGA gtx570 2.5GB

    Seems like the temp fix is to change any of the video settings, but it needs a permanent fix.

    Disable TeamViewer if you have one running in the background.
