Game crashes to main menu

Hello people

I have this problem over a month now, and I don't know how to solve it, I tried communicating with EA supp chat, and they never seem to find me a correct answer

I'll explain the exact problem

I run the game, go into a conquest match, the first match works good (60 fps, no lags, no high ping) then when it finished I press continue to the second match, the second match ALLWAYS crashes to main menu (just a black screen with the loading logo on top right, I recorded it and will try to attach it to this thread) it can happen 1 minute into the second round, 5 minutes, 10, even 10 seconds before the game ends

It's really driving me crazy, If I want to play more then one game I have to restart the game and play 1 match, then restart the game (which is awful)

I don't really know if it's a connection issue, technical (ea supp couldn't come with an answer as well)

I'll list every soloution I tried :

1.Opened all origin and BF1 ports

2.UOtrace check was good

3.Disabled IPv6

4.Opened new administrator windows account

5. moved to windows 10 (latest update, I was on 7 and they promised it'll work, it didn't)

6.Can you run it shows only my cpu fails but it can't be it, the game runs perfectly

7.Tried to run the game as admin and different Compatibility

8.Clean boot didn't help as well

9.CCleaner and deleting temp files didn't help as well

10. Repair the game

11. unplugged all usb except mouse and keyboard

I just don't know what to do, and hope maybe one of you people might had this issue as well and knows how to solve it

I'd appreciate any help

I'm adding a video of my issue that I recorded, it's very low quallty because I compressed it to a <5mb for EA supp to watch it, I DON'T SEE or run the game like in the video, the qualty and "lags" are because it's very compressed, I'll upload another with a good quality when I'll record it again

now my question to EA is if this could be the cause??

    and why now??

i played the game since the release and only after spring update i began to experience these random disconnects

oh and i have not changed my ISP for 3 years now and i have not made any windows re installs or hardware changes in my computer since the release of the game

I had those before the spring update...

it's frustrating because I can't play the game more then half an hour...

Plus look, In their guide to the UOtrace they say "If you see numbers other than 0% or 100% in the % Loss column, it means data is being lost at that point on your connection." so 100% it's fine by their words.

Not trying to insult by bumping.. it's just ea "specialist" said they're gonna try using my account to see if that's the problem , and then will answer me to my personal mail.

guess what, they didn't do it, and I tried 5 different chat persons. what resort I have left ?

    @Great-Saiyaman-3

As per the description of this website, we are totally unofficial.  There are no game advisers here, and none of the EA support supervisors are here, either.  You have to nag them, not us.  We have nothing to do with getting them to do their jobs, sorry!

i found whats causing this problem and its on EA side

after 2 weeks of calling (My ISP, EA Support and another interesting figure: Akamai prolexic) and reading online about pinging and reason why it would time out

i found that the reason for all of these disconnects and ping time outs is because EA uses Akamai prolexic cloud protection service which blocks IPs or even ISPs im my case 3 of my friend have the same problem and they use the same ISP as me and my fourth friend have a different ISP and he is able to play just fine and ping and trace to "easo.ea.com"

so I suggesting everyone who experience these problem to contact EA Support and have them check why Akamai protection service is blocking them.

this info 100% legit checked it by calling Akamai Global Support
